The Twelve Nazgs of Christmas
Dec 11, 2021
Three Hens for the French kings beneath the sky,
Seven for the Swan-lords, swimming now,
Nine for Ladies dancing, kicking high,
One for the Partridge on his dark bough
In the Land of Pear-trees where the Partridge lie.
One Partridge to rule them all, One Partridge to lurch there;
One Partridge to bring them all and, over Christmas, perch there,
In the Land of Pear-trees where the Partridge lie.
